Every BON engagement has the same simple structure. The numbers are quoted after discovery — because a two-portal starter and an eight-portal platform with a fleet data layer are different builds — but the structure never changes.

Fixed price, scoped after discovery.
One number for the whole build. You own the result — portals, configuration and data. No per-user fees, ever.
STREAM 02
Day rate, billed only when worked.
For work beyond the platform — process design, new features, special projects. Invoiced in arrears with a day log.
STREAM 03
Monthly, starts only at go-live.
The BON engine: hosting, monitoring, backups, updates and your AI agents. Nothing charged until you're live.
What never changes
Code, configuration and data transfer to you. If we ever part ways, your platform and records are yours.
Hire ten more staff or onboard another crew — your platform doesn't get more expensive because your business grew.
We're here to help, not hinder. As fast or as slow as you need to go, we move with you and your timeline.
Any defect in delivered work is fixed at no charge for 60 days. New features are simply scoped as new work.
